An apparatus for mounting a foot pedal and a steering column to a vehicle

An apparatus includes a mounting bracket (10) connectable with a vehicle frame. A foot pedal (26) which controls a vehicle operation is pivotally connected to the mounting bracket (10) by a pivot shaft (30). A steering column (50) is pivotally connected to the mounting bracket (10) by the pivot shaft (30). The steering column (50) includes a steering column member (90) connectable with a steering wheel (94) and rotatable to turn steerable vehicle wheels. A locking mechanism (140) locks the steering column (50) in any one of a plurality of pivot positions relative to the mounting bracket (10).
