Force deflection device for adaption of a lap belt

A force deflection strap ends are attached to a lap strap (9) and attachment plate. The lap strap is passed through the gap between the seating portion (10) and back rest (7). The attachment plate is not passed through the gap between seating portion and back rest, at specific orientation relative to the seat.
