A tire structure includes an outer tire (20) and an inner member (30) which is located inside of the outer tire. The outer tire has a lip portion (22) on two peripheral edges of the outer tire (20) so as to be engaged with a wheel rim (41). The inner member (30) has two peripheral edges which are adhered to an inside of the lip portion of the outer tire. A valve (40) is connected to the inner member and communicates with a space defined between the outer tire and the inner member (30) so that air pressure in the space between the outer tire (20) and the inner member will push the inner member toward the wheel rim and expand the outer tire.
