The screen wiping system (10) is designed, so that the worm (20) meshes with the toothed structure (18), which works in conjunction with the wiper shaft (14). The vertical distance between a straight line (21) extending coaxial to the rotation axis of the worm (20) and an axis (16), about which the tooth structure (18) is rotationally located, defines a lever arm (40,fig.2). The lever arm (40) with several angle ssettings of the wiper shaft (14) is respectively a different length.
