A blower air flow sensor determines the rate or throughput of the air flowing into the interior space via an outlet opening. A blower air regulator controls a temperature setting device and an air quantity setting device in order to minimize the absolute value of the difference between the actual value and the desired value of the heating or cooling power of the air flowing into the interior space via the outlet opening.
