Installation and method to produce electrical power

A unit (1) for generating electrical energy has a high-temperature fuel cell module (5) with a device (27) that heats up water vapor and links to a steam pipe in a steam turbine. A pipe (20) feeds bleed steam from the turbine to a reformer. Thermal energy generated in the high-temperature fuel cell module is used to heat up water vapor for lowering its surface tension before it is fed to the reformer.
