The valve (8) has a supply connection via a hose (30) from the vehicle, a brake pre-setting connection via a pressure hose (31), a container connection to connect to the pressure container of the trailer, and a brake pressure connection. When the supply connection is pressurized, the brake pressure connection is linked directly to the brake presetting connection.
