Turning device for a flat conductor cable

A guiding device (2A) has a base flap, a guiding flap (12) with a guiding edge and a protective flap (14). In a mounted condition a foil conductor (4) is pinched between the base flap and the guiding flap on one side and on the other side the guiding edge and the protective flap. It is then turned at 90 degrees by the guiding edge.
