It is intended to enhance the comfortableness in riding a motorcycle wherein a rear fork for supporting a rear wheel is attached to a crank case swingably. Solution: A motorcycle (10) is a scooter type motorcycle wherein a front portion of a rear fork (88) for supporting a rear wheel is attached to a crank case (52) of an engine (16) in a vertically swingable manner. The engine (16) is mounted to a body frame (11) through elastic members (131, 133, and 135).
