A fuel pipe for vehicles consists of: (1) an outer polyamide 12 layer; (2) an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer intermediate layer; and (3) an inner polyamide 6 layer. The inner layer is made to conduct electricity by the addition of up to 30 wt.% soot or graphite. An Independent claim is also included for a process for producing the fuel pipe by co-extrusion.
