A gas supply system, esp a compressed air system for a vehicle, consists of a filter for moisture removal. The filter has a drying agent (10) located in a housing (15) with an inlet (12) and outlet (13) for the gas. The housing structure has a seal that surrounds the gas supply system, which has a weakened region (18) that has a lower failure pressure than the rest of the seal.
