Vehicle seat with inclination adjustable cushion

The seat of the motor vehicle comprises a seat shell (21) fitted to a frame (3) and supporting a seat cushion (23). On one side the shell is fitted on a movable part of the frame, and on the other side movably mounted by a guide (29) on a stationary part of the frame. The guide is constructed as a slot which is open to the rear with regard to the direction of travel. The guide at least partially encompasses a rear cross tube (7) of the seat frame which is the aforesaid stationary part.
