Hydraulic system for actuation of two operating ranges in a vehicle, especially for steering and for changing gears of a motor vehicle
DRIVE
December 5, 2001
The hydraulic system for actuating, in particular, steering and switching functions in a vehicle, has a tank for the hydraulic medium, from which the hydraulic medium is fed via a distributor valve to the two functional parts. The tank is connected to a control unit. This controls the flow of the medium such that one of the function parts takes precedence over the other. A brake unit (3) is connected to the control unit (26). This includes a brake force amplifier (34) and a main brake cylinder (41). The brake force amplifier is connected via a brake valve (40) to the control unit (26).
