The outer edge of the seal plate (10) has cut-outs (108) at both ends of the central section, to free the outer edge of the central strip. The outer edge is bent along a line (104) extending approx. at right angles to the longitudinal direction of the seal plate. The seal plate consists of several metal plate layers (22), with all layers being bent out.",
