Method and apparatus for the power adjustment of an electrical heating of a seat

In a method and device for adjusting the heating power of an electric seat heater in motor vehicles, the heating power of the seat heater is automatically adjusted as a function of the control variable of a heating and/or air conditioning system for temperature control of the passenger compartment. The heating power is preferably also adjusted as a function of a manual presetting.
