Valve actuator

The unit (2) has a control motor (6) coupled over a gear to a flap shaft. A sensor unit measures the control position of the flap shaft. An electrical coupling element is arranged on a cover (15) fixed on a flap support. A bearing (23) on the cover side for a motor shaft (8) of the control motor and functional parts of the control motor are arranged on the cover, so that the control motor is fixed by setting the cover on the flap support.
