The supporting part is pivotable between a first preferred position, in which the supporting part (3) extends under a bumper of the vehicle, where it is exposed to view and accessible, and a second preferred position, in which the supporting part (3) is positioned behind the bumper of the vehicle, where it is substantially hidden from view, and vice versa.
