The bus has a device formed as a roof attachment, which has a support structure (2) with a core part formed as a base frame made of struts and an outer wall frame. The support structure forms an accessible inner space. A roof cladding covers the support structure. An inner tray or container for control or other devices is inserted in the inner space. The roof attachment is prefabricated as a unit that can be fitted onto the bus.
