The electric fan for a motor vehicle front panel has a mounting with a pin (24) and a head (26) which extends radially from the pin. A sleeve (20) to receive the pin has a shoulder (36). The sleeve has a shaft (30) to receive the pin and the shoulder extends radially from the shaft from the shaft axis. The shaft and shoulder can clip together.
