[0002] The invention further relates to a method for producing such lithium salts by reacting a phosphorus(V) compound of the general formula (II) P(OR 1 ) a (OR 2 ) b (OR 3 ) c (OR 4 ) d F e wherein 0 < a+b+c+d ≤ 5 and a+b+c+d+e = 5, and R 1 to R 4 have the meanings given above, with lithium fluoride in the presence of an organic solvent.
