Fixing device for a support element in the vicinity of a guiding element

The device for fixture of a support component (1) accommodating a rotation body, particularly a running roller, in the area of a guide component (7) forming part, for instance, of a hospital bed, item of furniture and similar, has a body (5) extending between the support and guide components. The support component, the guide component and the body are connectable to each other by inter-engagement, whereby at least one of them contains a sprung securing component (10), which can be fitted in a corresponding recess (12) in another of them. In the area of the support component is a cylindrical pin (4). The body is a cylindrical casing and the guide component is a tube. The securing component is a one-piece cam.
