An actuator element (9,11) is held pivoted in a bearing, and is moved by a second drive unit (20) from a first position, in which the bar is next to the shaft, and a second position, in which it is away from the shaft. The bar is guided on the window (4) by two guide elements (41) fastened to it. The guide elements have e.g. bearing units to increase their flexibility.",
