Exhaust gas cooler comprises an exhaust gas inlet, an exhaust gas outlet and a number of channels (1) for the exhaust gas which extend between the inlet and outlet and through which cooling air circulates. At least one cooling air guiding plate (7) is provided through which the channels can pass. The guiding plates are arranged across the longitudinal direction of the channels. An Independent claim is also included for a vehicle comprising a combustion engine containing the exhaust gas cooler. Preferred Features: The guiding plates are bent shovel-like in at least one of its edge regions and are composed of a number of cooling air guiding plate segments (5) which are produced in one piece with the channels.
