"textContent": "1. Programmable control and regulation electronics for an internal combustion engine. 2.1 In a known method and the corresponding device, the following functions are integrated: \"gas engine combustion control, program for automatic start and stop of the unit, monitoring of gas, water, lubricating oil and exhaust gas temperatures and pressures or fill levels within the system, control of the ignition system, adjustment of the speed governor, regulation of auxiliary circuits, monitoring of the generator winding temperature, self-monitoring of the control system and sensors as well as storage of the measured values for control and diagnostic purposes\". 2.2 According to the invention, an exhaust gas sensor (6) continuously records, in terms of values, the concentration of nitrogen oxides (NOx) and/or fluorine and/or chlorine in the exhaust gas of the internal combustion engine during operation of the internal combustion engine. The values of nitrogen oxide emission are particularly suitable both for monitoring and for controlling and regulating an appropriately equipped internal combustion engine.",
