Wiper blade for a windscreen wiper system

Wiper blade for direct placement on a wiper arm of a windscreen wiper system comprises an elongated support element and a rubber elastic wiper strip (8) arranged on the support element and having a lip (9) for positioning on the windscreen. The support element has a concave support rail provided with an elongated receiving slit which is closed at both ends and has a wider section (3) at one end for removable attachment of the washer strip. Preferred Features: The support rail has a fin-like protrusion (4) in its middle region forming a tunnel (5) for the washer strip.
