The circuit has an end stage driven by a controller with a first or high side switch (18) and a second or low side switch (24) per electromagnetic load (12,14,16). The load(s) is arranged in a current path between the switches. The control connection of each second switch can be driven by a third switch (34) via which locking of the second switch is performed by applying a controller reset signal to the third switch's control connection.
