Armrest comprises a guiding edge (41) for the guiding pin (S) of the locking element (32) which is formed from a notch (A) arranged between the tongue heel (W) and the tongue end (E) on one side of a longitudinal edge of the tongue parting (22). Preferred Features: The locking element is a translator guided locking bar whose front surface facing the toothed channel (ZEBU) has at least one stop protrusion (33).
