The air conditioning control for a motor vehicle air conditioning has a computer to evaluate a comfortable temperature (Tco) for a passenger in a predetermined region of the vehicle compartment. The air conditioning control selectively modifies the conditioning operation dependent on the evaluation corresponding to an aero-thermic configuration existing in the compartment. The computer determines the comfort temperature as a function of the detected interior temperature (Tint) of the vehicle.
