The climate control system has a de-icing outlet, which results in a de-icing zone (6) and an adjacent surface area of air diffusion at low flow rate. It has an air separation element (20), which has two positions. The primary position obscures the flow of air from the diffused zone to ensure greater flow to the de-icing zone. The second position partially obscures the flow from the de-icing zone to increase the area of the windscreen (2) cleared by the diffused air flow.
