The trolley consists of a tubular frame, supported by the wheels (10). At least one (10) of the wheels is mounted so as to rotate around an axis (11), carried by a bracket (12). Each bracket is fixed to a support leg (13), fitted with a stem (14), which is designed to fit into the lower vertical end (8) of the tubular frame.
