The system has a first coolant circuit including engine cooling channels and a second coolant circuit for interior heating. Each circuit has at least one line, pump and heat exchanger. The second coolant circuit is connected to the first via feed and outlet points connected to a line of the first circuit on the outlet side of the engine cooling channels so the liquid pressure in both points is equal irrespective of the first circuit flow. The system has a first coolant circuit (2) including engine cooling channels and a second coolant circuit (3) for vehicle interior heating. Each circuit has at least one line, at least one pump and at least one heat exchanger and the second coolant circuit is connected to the first via feed and outlet points (11,16). The feed and outlet points of the second circuit are connected to a line of the first coolant circuit on the outlet side of the engine cooling channels so that the liquid pressure in the feed point is equal to that in the outlet point irrespective of the flow in the first coolant circuit.
