The rotor (60) of an electric motor located between a gearbox shaft (2) and crankshaft (1) is secured in rotation to the motor shaft (21) by longitudinal grooves in the hub (61) and shaft and longitudinally by washers (8a) in a shaft throat on one side and a locknut (91) on a sleeve (90) on the other side. The sleeve (90) is restrained by a washer (8b) in a second shaft throat.
