This system for inputting information into various computer equipment (1,2,3) of a vehicle equipped with an onboard telephone (5), provided with an alphanumeric keypad for inputting information (6) and a display (7), the computer equipment being associated with means for inputting information by a user, is characterized in that the means for inputting information associated with the computer equipment are formed by the alphanumeric keypad (6) and the display (7) of the onboard telephone, to which are associated means (8,9,10,11) for analyzing the information entered by the user and filtering the information potentially accessible through these input means, in order to retain only selectable information after the information already entered by the user, so as to facilitate the inputting of information by the user.
