DRIVE
June 27, 2001
The mirror has an adjustable glass assembly and at least one electric drive motor. The glass assembly can be adjusted via at least one adjustment gear between the motor and assembly with a drive shaft with an eccentric shaft section and a drive rod between the glass assembly and the eccentric shaft section. The drive shaft interacts with the drive rod so that a rotary motion of the drive shaft is converted into a linear control motion of the rod. The mirror has an adjustably mounted glass assembly and at least one electric drive motor, whereby the glass assembly can be adjusted via at least one adjustment gear between the motor and assembly. The adjustment gear has a drive shaft (7,8) with an eccentrically formed shaft section (9,10) and a drive rod (12,13) mounted between the glass assembly and the eccentric shaft section. The drive shaft interacts with the drive rod so that a rotary motion of the drive shaft is converted into a control motion of the drive rod acting linearly on the glass assembly. Independent claims are also included for the following: a drive module.
