Flow control valve

A flow control valve (100) with a reduced number of parts and with few restrictions on installation space is provided. A back pressure chamber (29) of a diaphragm-type valve (21) body communicates with a communication port (23) through a vent hole formed in a case of the flow control valve. An air filter (25) is integrated with the flow control valve.
