Welding method for a control link using laser and apparatus for performing the same

Disclosed is a welding method for a control link and an apparatus for performing the same. A pair of rings and a rod therebetween are welded together by a projection welding and thereafter undergo a laser welding so that a notch portion formed along the weld portion is melted to form a fillet portion, thereby being improved in physical strengths thereof. For the laser welding, a laser beam generator, a beam switch box, and a focusing device are provided. The control link rotates while the laser beam is incident onto the weld portion thereof. The physical properties against tension, compression and twist are improved compared to a fillet-free case.
