Electric protective relay

The electrical power supply units (1-5) supply power to traction motors (6,7), through the mixed thyristor bridge. An alternative current detector including a transformer, detects AC discharge on the power supply line. The primary of the transformer in detector is connected in series between power supply line and ground through a resistor. The secondary of the transformer is connected to a relay (51) through the rectifier bridge.
