The present invention relates to a control device with multiple stable positions, comprising a cam (23) and a follower (25), the follower traveling along a cam path around the cam, when the follower and the cam are moved, one relative to the other, in translation, the cam path presenting a curvature around an axis of rotation (0-0) parallel to the axis of translation to move, during the translation, the follower and the cam in rotation relative to one another. According to the invention, the follower and the cam are respectively constituted of a cylindrical ring, these two rings being coaxial and capable of a rotational movement relative to one another, according to the axis of rotation.
