"textContent": "The swivel arm (14) holding the contact unit (56) swivels round the pivot axis (30) on a car-fitted bearing (22) so as to swing the unit between action (A) and rest (R) settings. In its rest setting, the unit can maintain the ground clearance of the car and in the active setting the unit stands on the carbody side furthest from the rear bumper (38) and higher up than the bottom edge of the bumper below the coupling ball (12). At rest, the unit may sit in a rest space (78) between rear bumper and carbody and well above level (79) defined by the rear bumper and the floor group. The swivel bearing may be held to the base part (32) carrying the coupling ball neck and the pivot axis lies in a vertical longitudinal plane parallel to the line of the car so that when projected onto this parallel plane, the axis may be at an angle of between 0 and 60 degrees to the horizontal.",
