The contact piece consists of at least two materials; one part (2) is of a conducting material with a porous structure (23). At least part of the porous structure is occupied by a second material (3) and the conducting, porous part is embedded in the second material or in a third material. The first part can be made of metal balls pressed and/or sintered or can be a metal foam. Independent claims are also included for the following: the use of pressed and/or sintered metal granulate or porous metal foam as a conductor, a vehicle with a contact piece and an electric motor with at least one contact piece.
