Hydraulic operating device

The operating device has a working cylinder (1) with two working cavities (2, 3). These cavities can if necessary be directly connected to each other via a switchable two-position valve (11) so that the element to be operated can be set virtually without resistance by hand even if the hydraulic supply (7) is not operating.
