Heat exchange unit for vehicles, comprising: a radiator (12) with a pair of receiving tanks (18) made of plastic, a condenser (14) comprising a pair of tubular headers (38), and means for fixing the condenser (14) to the radiator (12), the abovementioned fixing means comprising: at least one cradle-shaped seat (20) formed integrally with a receiving tank (18), and at least one flange (42) fixed by means of at least one screw (26) to the receiving tank (18) and formed so as to press the header (38) against the abovementioned cradle-shaped seat (20).
