Vehicle wheel with an emergency running support body

The vehicle wheel has an emergency running support body (5) in the form of a bowl-shaped annular body inside a pneumatic tire and supported by the wheel rim. The wheel has one or more containers (7, 8) filled with a sliding fluid inside the tire. There are devices to issue the sliding fluid in an emergency, fitted in the annular cavity between the emergency running body and the rim.
