A deflection unit includes a transmission lens (7) and an actuator. To deflect the transmission beam, the transmission lens is periodically steered by the actuator. A detector has a detector lens (8), which is spaced apart from the transmission lens, so that the beam axes of the beams passing through the transmission lens and the detection beams passing through the detector lens are spaced apart.
