A seat having a seat back and a seat cushion has: a pair of first and second seat slide devices; a pair of first and second base plates; a pair of first and second arm plates adapted to be secured to the seat back of the seat; a pair of first and second lock devices for reclining the seat back of the seat; a drive device secured to one of the base plates, and having a drive gear; and an interlock rod having a first end portion and a second end portion. The interlock rod has: a pair of first and second stoppers fixedly disposed, respectively, in the vicinity of the first and second end portions of the interlock rod; a link lever for supporting a back portion of the seat cushion of the seat; and a sector gear fixedly disposed at one of the first and second end portions of the interlock rod.
