Tarpaulin cover device for container

The device for covering a load in an open lorry comprises a cover (PL) which is wound on a motorised shaft (WE) which extends across the width of the lorry and can be pulled out across the load container of the lorry. The drive system consists of a cogwheel (WZ) attached to one end of the shaft over which an endless chain (KE) passes which can be driven in both directions.
