Cyclone air filter with electrostatic separator
DRIVE
May 9, 2001
The air filter has an electrostatic separator with high and low voltage electrodes (9,7). The air flow (4) to be cleaned is passed between the electrodes. The air flow is fed essentially tangentially into the essentially circular cross-section air filter housing and leaves it essentially centrally. One electrode forms a spiral guide wall essentially in the air filter housing axial direction and feeds the air flow into the housing center.
