The locking element (12) is guided in a U-shaped rail (1). The longitudinal edges of the rail are bent twice (5,6) towards the center (2), serving as reinforcing inner walls (7,8). The locking bolt (13) has a square shaped or rectangular cross-section. It is guided in curved slots (22,23) positioned opposite each other. It is operated with a lever (31) which also acts on a U-shaped distance piece (17) enveloping the bolt from the top, by moving a second lever (30). A spring element (32) causes the bolt to return to its former position automatically.
