The circuit has a battery (11) as its energy source and a constant voltage source (13) between the battery and the electric motor (10). A motor voltage is applied to the motor that corresponds to the rated output power of the constant voltage source. The rated output power of the constant voltage source is specified as lower than the battery voltage.
