  "textContent": "## Updates for Xiaomi 17 and 17 Ultra\n\nXiaomi's two high-end smartphones are being updated with a new update. This is the case for the Xiaomi 17 and the Xiaomi 17 Ultra. In both cases, we see a hefty update with a long changelog. We recently visited the Xiaomi 17 Ultra for a comprehensive review. The device came out of the test very positively; yet the manufacturer still sees plenty of areas for improvement, as evidenced by the improvements brought by the update.\n\nThe Xiaomi 17 Ultra and Xiaomi 17 will be updated to 3.0.301.0, an update 1.4GB in size on the Xiaomi 17, and 0.96GB in size on the Ultra. Herein are improvements for Xiaomi's camera and calendar app. In the case of the camera, you can download the LUT file for the Mi-LOG to Rec.709 colour conversion with a single tap. The preset management page has also been added. The changelog further talks about optimisations for the recorder app. Optimisations are also for brightness mode, status bar, Mi Mover, animations, file manager and device security. The update updates the patch level to security update March 2026.\n\nFor all two smartphones, the update can be downloaded and installed as of now.",
